Terms and conditions
These are our terms and conditions for domain name registrations. They should be read together with the “frequently asked questions” which you can find here. If you would like any more information, please feel free to contact us.
Requests for new domain name registrations should be made by E-mail, for existing customers to your assigned “support” address, or for new customers to Hostmaster@PRHL.net.
We cannot guarantee that a particular name is available or that its registration will be accepted. You should always ensure that names are registered before making any use of them — we cannot accept any responsibility if you incur any costs as a result of a name not being registered.
You must ensure that names you ask us to register do not breach the intellectual property rights of any other company or individual.
Once we have registered a name for you, we will let you know by E-mail.
If you want us to, we will provide domain name resolution (DNS) services for any domain name registered through us, at no additional cost. In the absence of any more specific arrangements, changes and updates to DNS hosted with us must be notified by E-mail to Hostmaster@PRHL.net, and will be applied within four working hours of receipt (note, though, that any DNS changes are subject to a “propagation delay”, so updated values may not be visible everywhere for up to 24 hours).
Domains ending “.uk” domains are also subject to Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration, which you can find here.
As a domain holder (registrant) you have some rights, and also some responsibilities. These are set out by ICANN here.
Invoices for domain registrations or renewals will be raised after the event. Please ensure these are paid in accordance with the terms agreed (and stated on the invoice) — if invoices remain unpaid, we reserve the right to cancel the domain name(s) concerned.
We will not be liable for any failure in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
